• Added the ability to add off market commercial properties with new fields relevant for the property type, floor area, land area, car spaces and more. Amenities can now be added on the map to highlight important local places for buyers.

Tasks page released (In beta)

• The tasks page has been released with the ability to see all your tasks across the portal. The tasks page has rich capabilities for sorting and filtering, making it easier to manage and edit tasks.

Unify Authentication on Login Page to Auth Modal

• The login experience is now unified into a single modal across the login (auth) page and the client portal, removing issues with different authentication flows and simplifying the process for both staff and clients.

Staff Auth Modal Tool - Now supporting Forgot Password email

• Staff can now assist clients by resetting client passwords directly from the tools modal, streamlining support and improving the client experience.

Migration of search filters to central popup

• Search filters have been reworked into a central popup for both the sheet and search pages, providing a more consistent and user-friendly interface.

cPanel - Permission Settings - ability to edit the locked system permission templates

• System admins can now edit locked permission templates in cPanel, allowing for more flexible management of user permissions.

Bug Fixes

Text Overflow Issue in Saved Search Selection

• Fixed an issue where saved search names would overflow and break the layout. Text now wraps correctly for a cleaner UI.

Edit Task Modal Bugs

• Addressed missing loading states and fixed the update workflow to ensure changes are saved reliably in the edit task modal.

Activation Fee Payment Not Reflected on Portal

• Resolved a problem where activation fee payments were not updating or displaying correctly in the portal.

“Authority to Act” Modal Shows Default Value “E-mail 1” for Empty Entity Signatories in Client Portal

• The “Authority to Act” modal now correctly displays an empty state when no signatories are added, instead of showing a default value.

Save Search “Star” Button Misaligned in Suburb Search

• Fixed the alignment of the “star” button in suburb search, making it easier for users to save searches.

Permissions Dropdown Not Fully Displayed

• The permissions dropdown now displays all options, preventing important selections from being cut off.
