We’ve added a legal entity name formatter on the Authority to Act Results Modal. This allows staff to copy the correct formatting for the buying entities in the campaign.
This feature supports one or many individuals, companies, SMSFs, and trusts, following specific rules.
There is also a warning message for missing information and a standard SMSF warning to ensure the staff know if there are finance requirements.
Improved logic regarding linking and managing documents for campaigns and properties.
Updated the date format to use “/” instead of “-” as the separator (e.g., 24/07/2025) and fix the date to correctly display the date selected.
Fixed an issue where the documents paginator was overlapped by document items and wasn’t able to be clicked.
Fixed an issue where the properties linked to a campaign were showing more than once in the grid view if there were multiple notes linked to the property.
Fixed an issue where clicking the button did not trigger any action or feedback.
Activity logs were not populating correctly when new campaigns were created. Logs only began to appear after a document was uploaded, and some events were not recorded.
There was a bug where Off Market properties wouldn’t display an image on the info window for the map markers.
There was a bug where the hide unsuitable / unavailable filter was not being applied on the Campaign Details page.
There was a bug that caused some full address searches to fail. Now searches can contain suburbs, regions, and full addresses.
